Booking information
At MEIN SAMNAUN, we like to get straight to the point. That’s why we’ve put together a concise list of the most important information about your stay.

For better readability, the masculine form is used for all genders.
Prices & Payment
All prices are in CHF, including electricity, water, and heating. Payment in CHF or EUR.
Prices are subject to change in the event of tax adjustments, exchange rate fluctuations, or obvious printing errors.
Reservation and contract
A request is free of charge and non-binding.
The contract is considered confirmed as soon as:
- the electronic confirmation has been sent and
- the 30% deposit has been received within 10 days.
If payment is not received on time, the accommodation may be re-let.
Arrival and departure
Check-in: 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
We kindly ask you to inform us of your planned arrival time in advance so that we can plan our resources optimally. Check-in takes place at the Soliva Hotel & Apartments. There you will receive all the information you need about your stay as well as your guest card for all VIP benefits.
Duty of care and damages
Please treat the accommodation and inventory with care. Damage caused by improper use will be charged to the tenant. Please report any defects or necessary repairs immediately.
Cancellation and rebooking
Please always notify us of cancellations in writing:
- up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
- less than 30 days / no-show: 100%
In cases of force majeure (e.g. strikes, severe weather), a voucher for the amount paid will be issued. We recommend taking out travel insurance.
Insurance
Personal belongings are not insured. Tenants are liable for any damage they cause.
Compensation for damages
Claims must be reported in writing to MEIN SAMNAUN within two weeks of departure. We are not liable for service restrictions caused by the guest themselves, third parties, or force majeure.
The accommodation must be treated with care. Only the number of persons specified in the contract (including children) may stay there. The guest is liable for any damage unless they can prove that it occurred through no fault of their own. Please report any damage or defects immediately so that we can respond quickly.
Subletting
Not permitted. Only the number of persons specified in the contract may use the accommodation.
Purpose and use
The rental property may only be used for residential purposes.
External influences
The landlords are not liable for power or water outages or similar external circumstances.
Cleaning
Final cleaning is included. Additional or excessive cleaning will be charged separately.
Bed linen & towels
Included in all houses. (Daily) change on request and at an additional cost. Sauna towels and bath towels for the Alpenquell adventure pool are available in the wellness areas.
Smoking
Not permitted in any of the houses. Smoking is permitted on the balconies.
Tourist tax
The visitor’s tax is CHF 4 per person per day for guests aged 17 and over.

Here you will receive detailed information about your stay, your guest cards, and your keys.
Please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance. All accommodations have free parking spaces that will be assigned to you. Out of consideration for our other guests, we ask that you stick to these assigned spaces.

We are happy to provide high chairs and cots on request.

Pets are allowed in the following properties: Soliva Hotel & Apartments, Apart Jil-Marie, Atlantis Apartments.

10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Ski/bike storage room
Available in all houses.
